Dissertation committee member as the University Research Methodologist (URM). The University Research Methodologist (URM) leads proposal and dissertation research methods and design to ensure alignment of methodological strategies, rigor, and quality. The URM reviews the research problem, purpose, research questions/hypothesis, and research method design for alignment and participates in the Oral Defense.
Dissertation committee member as the Panel Validator (PV). The PV reviews Chapters 1-3 of the dissertation for scope, ensures Chapters 4 and 5 provide recommendations, participates in the oral defense, and conducts the final APA review for the completed dissertation.
